Planning a dinner party can be stressful and overwhelming, but when you choose Slow Cooker Beef Burgundy as your main dish, you spend most of the day resting instead of slaving over a stove.

Super easy. No frying or browning required and you cannot taste the difference. Slow cooker Beef Burgundy... and it is gluten free too. Would be fabulous for an easy dinner party.

This Beef Burgundy recipe is made completely in the crock pot but the flavor is still amazing. Even without browning the meat first, you do not notice the difference.

Plus, since you use cornstarch instead of flour, the result is a gluten free Beef Burgundy. Perfect for your guests with special dietary needs.

When you say “one London Broil” do you mean one pound? How much?
